Algunder Abendkonzerte (Evening Concerts of the Algunder Musikkapelle)

The 2025 edition

In 2025, the Algunder Abendkonzerte took place in the Raiffeisen hall of the Vereinshaus Peter Thalguter in Lagundo (Algund), Province of Bolzano, over four evenings: June 20, September 5, September 19, and September 26, 2025, starting in the evening with free admission.

During this edition as well, the Algunder Musikkapelle, conducted by maestro Christian Laimer, offered a broad and varied repertoire, including transcriptions of classical and operatic literature, original compositions for wind orchestra, and marches, waltzes, and polkas from the South Tyrolean brass band tradition. The concerts confirmed the band's role as a cornerstone of the town's cultural life, near Merano.
