Edition 2025 — Alé Chocolate

In autumn 2025, Alé Chocolate confirmed its place in the Alessandria event calendar, bringing the artisanal chocolate exhibition and market back to the historic center. Along the city streets, maître chocolatiers offered pralines, chocolate bars, and artisanal specialties, accompanied by tastings and entertainment for the public of all ages, in a weekend dedicated to sweetness and the excellence of chocolate makers.

The 2025 edition of Alé Chocolate renewed the autumn appointment with artisanal chocolate in the historic center of Alessandria. The exhibition and market took place along Corso Roma, Piazzetta della Lega, and Via dei Martiri, where the master chocolatiers' stalls offered signature creations, pralines, and baked goods.

As per tradition, the event — promoted by the City of Alessandria in collaboration with the Association of Italian Artisan Chocolatiers — combined sales and tastings with a program of guided tastings, workshops, and entertainment for families, with free access to the exhibition areas.
