Alcamo Carnival 2025

The 2025 Alcamo Carnival was a difficult edition for the event in Alcamo, in the province of Trapani. Due to logistical problems and the lack of suitable warehouses for creating the large papier-mâché allegorical floats, the traditional parade could not take place.

Despite the efforts of the organizing association and the municipal administration, the festival was reduced to a more contained square event, featuring masks, entertainment, and moments of fun for both adults and children. However, the absence of the parade spurred the organizers and the Municipality to work towards relaunching the event, which culminated in the return of the allegorical floats for the 2026 edition.
