Alba Music Festival

The 22nd edition of the Alba Music Festival took place from May 22 to June 2, 2025, in the town of Alba, in the Province of Cuneo. The opening concert featured pianists Bruno Canino and Antonio Ballista performing music by Mozart, Schubert, and Milhaud. The program included the Romanian Philharmonic Orchestra, soprano Sung Hee Park, numerous chamber ensembles, and several premieres, including three parts of Pierre Boulez's Notations. The festival also featured masterclasses, school concerts, and a music-and-wine experience in Castiglione Falletto. Venues ranged from the Church of San Domenico to the Fondazione Ferrero, the Church of San Giuseppe, the Sala Beppe Fenoglio, and the UNESCO-listed Castle of Grinzane Cavour.
