Edition 2025 — Alatri al Centro

In 2025, Alatri al Centro took place from March 28th to April 5th, with a project dedicated to promoting local gastronomy and supporting small and medium-sized local businesses. A series of initiatives including training, institutional meetings, and tastings, promoted by the Municipality of Alatri with the Frosinone Latina Chamber of Commerce.

The 2025 edition of Alatri al Centro focused on gastronomy and the growth of local businesses. From March 28th to April 5th, free training courses were held, dedicated to product certification, digital marketing, and the online positioning of agri-food companies in the Frosinone area. The program included a conference on sustainability at the Municipal Library and an institutional meeting between producers, associations, and institutions. The event concluded on April 5th, in the Cloister of San Francesco, with the presentation of certificates and a free tasting of local specialties. An edition that confirmed Alatri's vocation as a reference point for agricultural and territorial promotion in Ciociaria.
