Edition 2025 — Ajucche Festival
In 2025, Quincinetto once again celebrated the Ajucche Festival, the early summer event dedicated to the wild herb that symbolizes the cuisine of the Upper Eporediese. The Pro Loco offered the usual traditional menu based on ajucche, with soup served with miasse, accompanied by a producers' market and the authentic atmosphere of a village festival at the foot of the Canavese Alps.
The 2025 edition of the Ajucche Festival in Quincinetto confirmed the gastronomic and popular appeal of the event. The Quincinetto Pro Loco showcased the ajucca, the wild rampion of the Canavese woods, with a rich traditional menu and a market of local products, attracting visitors and curious onlookers to the town center.
