Aj a Caraj — Caraglio Garlic Fair and Bagna Càuda Festival

The 2025 edition of Aj a Caraj opened on Saturday, November 15, with the inauguration of the "Lo spillone di Cecilia" installation and the presentation of the new "Terre di Merola" association, followed in the evening by the bagna càuda dinner under the Pellerin wing in Piazza Cavour.

On Sunday, November 16, from 9 AM to 6 PM, Via Roma hosted the large exhibition of local products, crafts, and the children's market. The bagna càuda lunch was held in two sittings, at 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM, at a cost of 17 euros for the fujot with cooked and raw vegetables and dessert. In the afternoon, the Pro Loco chestnut roast and Occitan dances with Daniela Mandrile enlivened Piazza Cavour. The event was organized by the Pro Loco Insieme per Caraglio with the Municipality of Caraglio, the Consortium, and the Garlic Brotherhood.
