Agrinotte 4.0 Food & Music

The 2025 edition of Agrinotte 4.0 Food & Music was held on Friday, July 4, 2025, from 7:00 PM to midnight, in the center of Puianello (Quattro Castella).

On the gastronomic front, street food offered piadine, borlenghi, wood-fired pizzas, and hamburgers, while the Proloco stand served mixed fried fish and cod, and the Cantina space offered its finger foods. New this year was Spergola Premiere, a preview of the Spergola Wine Fair with AIS sommeliers conducting a guided tasting of 6 expressions of this characteristic wine from the Reggiano hills.

The music featured the Rodeo Fish and Italian Country Family with their west rock atmospheres, Dj Baroz and Wally Dj on the dance floor, Ramon Dj De Cuba and Franklin Lopes for Latin hits, plus a karaoke space. In the children's area, itinerant shows of bubbles and magic, comedy jugglers, and fire shows by Enrico Seghedoni and Gloria Coppola.
