Agrimontana 2025: the 24th edition
The 24th edition of Agrimontana – Flavours of the Iblei was held on Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 October 2025 in Palazzolo Acreide, in the province of Syracuse. The event, organised by the Municipality of Palazzolo Acreide, transformed the historic centre into a grand autumn weekend dedicated to the excellences of the Iblean territory.
Between Piazza del Popolo and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, producers' and restaurateurs' stalls offered the famous Palazzolo sausage, Iblean truffles, mushrooms, cheeses, honey, and traditional sweets. The programme combined gastronomy, performances, nature excursions, and local crafts, with the unmissable mycological exhibition among the most appreciated initiatives. In 2025, the festival once again attracted thousands of visitors from across Sicily.
