Edition 2025 — Sagra del Manfricolo
The 2025 edition, the 48th, confirmed the great appeal of Agosto Aviglianese. From August 6 to 15, the Pro Loco of Avigliano Umbro tavern served the famous manfricoli in the three traditional sauces - red, white, and "zozzona" - along with Umbrian cuisine dishes.
The programme alternated dancing evenings, musical performances, and theatre, with the white night on Saturday and the fireworks display. The event at the Osteria del Cicchio, very popular with younger people for its live music and informal atmosphere, was also confirmed.
