Edition 2025 — Agostarola

The 2025 edition of the Agostarola Pork Fest took place on Saturday, August 9, at the Civic Center of Siror, starting at 7:00 PM. The star was the oven-roasted porchetta prepared by the volunteers of the Comitato Tradizione e Cultura di Siror, served with sausages, polenta, beans, cheese, fries, and desserts. The evening was enlivened by the folk'n'roll music of the Tirataie, a band from Belluno, with the option to dine outdoors in the square or indoors.

Agostarola Pork Fest 2025

The summer festival of Siror returned on Saturday, August 9, 2025, at the Civic Center on Via Schoenberg, with the food stalls opening at 7:00 PM. The menu featured oven-roasted porchetta prepared by the volunteers of the Comitato Tradizione e Cultura di Siror, accompanied by luganeghe, steaming polenta, beans, cheese, fries, and desserts.

The evening was animated by the Belluno-based group Tirataie, with their folk'n'roll repertoire. Guests were able to dine either at the outdoor tables in the square or inside the facility. The event was part of the busy August calendar of traditions in the Primiero Valley, in the municipality of Primiero San Martino di Castrozza.
