Agnolotto Festival

The Agnolotto Festival of Bollengo is a recurring event organized by the Pro Loco Bollengo, which celebrates the Piedmontese agnolotto every year, the stuffed pasta that is a symbol of Canavese cuisine. The 2025 edition also brought together village residents and visitors from neighboring towns around the tables in the event area, amidst the aroma of freshly prepared agnolotto and the convivial atmosphere typical of village festivals.

As per tradition, the culinary aspect was accompanied by an evening of music and dancing, confirming the formula that combines good food and entertainment. The festival is part of the calendar of events that the Pro Loco Bollengo animates throughout the year in the municipality of Bollengo, in the province of Turin.
