Edition 2025 — Agliana in Pasta

In 2025, Agliana in Pasta – Pasta Festival once again enlivened Piazza Gramsci in the center of Agliana (PT), confirming its status as one of the most anticipated spring food and wine events in the Pistoia plain. For several days, the square transformed into a large open-air restaurant dedicated to first courses, with music, DJ sets, cooking classes, and activities for families. Admission was free.

The 2025 edition of Agliana in Pasta – Pasta Festival brought all the conviviality of a grand pasta-themed celebration to Piazza Gramsci in Agliana. The food stalls offered a menu rich in first courses, from traditional classics to the most delicious recipes, accompanied by side dishes and desserts. Following the established formula, the evenings were enlivened by live music and DJ sets, with space also dedicated to cooking classes, fresh pasta demonstrations, and entertainment for children. The event, with free admission, attracted residents and visitors to the center, confirming the success of the format that led to the new 2026 edition.
