Edition 2025 — Cassatella Festival

The 13th edition of the Agira Cassatella Festival took place from Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16, 2025, at the Villa Comunale Exhibition Area in Agira (EN). Three days dedicated to the village's iconic pastry, featuring tastings, music, folklore, historical pageants, and a large street food area set up along the town streets.

13th Cassatella Festival — November 14-16, 2025

From the afternoon of Friday, November 14 to Sunday, November 16, 2025, Agira hosted the 13th edition of the Cassatella Festival in the heart of the Enna province. The event was centered around the Villa Comunale Exhibition Area and the streets of the historic center, featuring a large street food area.

The program combined tastings of the cassatella and local specialties, live music and evening shows, performances by folk groups, historical pageants, and traveling shows, as well as craft stalls. The cassatella — a shortcrust pastry shell filled with cocoa, almonds, chickpea flour, and lemon zest, recognized with the Municipal Designation (De.Co.) — was the absolute star of the festival.
