Adriatic Cup 2025: The 12th Edition
From June 27 to 29, 2025, the inner harbor of Brindisi hosted the twelfth edition of the Adriatic Cup, the first stage of the UIM Formula 2 Powerboat World Championship and the Italian GT30 Championship. Twenty pilots from eleven nations competed on the Lungomare Regina Margherita.
In Formula 2, the stage was won by Briton Matthew Palfreyman, ahead of Frenchman Peter Morin and Swede Hilmer Wiberg. In the GT30 class, success went to seventeen-year-old Mattia Andreani from Como, representing the Le Gabbiane team. The edition, organized by the Circolo Nautico Porta d'Oriente, confirmed the great public appeal of the event in Puglia.
