Edition 2025 — Adelfia Fish Festival

The 81st edition of the Adelfia Fish Festival took place on Friday, July 25, 2025, in Piazza Roma, as part of the patronal festivities of San Vittoriano in the Canneto district. 'The Night of the Fish' combined seaside street food—mixed fried seafood, mussels 'alla tarantina', cuttlefish, calamari, and fish-based pasta dishes—with a lively musical program, drawing many locals and visitors from neighboring towns for an evening of taste, music, and tradition.

The 81st edition of the Adelfia Fish Festival, known as 'The Night of the Fish', took place on Friday, July 25, 2025, in Piazza Roma, in the heart of the Canneto district, during the patronal festivities of San Vittoriano, in the province of Bari.

The absolute star was the seafood street food, featuring traditional Apulian dishes and some more innovative options: mixed fried seafood, mussels 'alla tarantina', grilled cuttlefish, calamari, seafood salads, fish-based pasta dishes, and gourmet sandwiches, accompanied by white wine and craft beers.

On the musical front, the evening featured the Adelfia rap duo LA_RAGG, followed by the comedy one-man show of Beppe Iodice and the folk music of Terraròs, with tambourines and pizzica getting the square dancing until late at night. An edition that confirmed the Fish Festival as one of Adelfia's most beloved summer events.
