The first edition (2025)
The Acquedolci Cous Cous Fest debuted on Tuesday, August 12, 2025, in Piazza Municipio in Acquedolci, in the province of Messina. The evening kicked off at 7:00 PM with free cous cous tastings at the stalls, accompanied by music from DJ Orazio and children's entertainment provided by the "Cresciamo insieme" group.
At 9:00 PM, the Experimenta Band took the stage, while the most anticipated moment arrived late in the evening with a concert by Fabio Rovazzi, who had the audience singing along to his biggest hits, from "Andiamo a comandare" to his more recent tracks. The event, organized by the Municipality of Acquedolci with the patronage of the Sicilian Region and the collaboration of the Associazione Mediterraneo, saw a massive turnout, establishing itself as one of the most successful new additions to the Acquedolci summer season.
