Edition 2025 — Sausage Festival
The third edition, September 20, 2025
On Saturday, September 20, 2025, Aci Sant'Antonio hosted the third edition of the Sausage Festival, organized by the San Biagio Festival Committee. The day began at 5:30 PM with the opening of the craft stalls, followed at 6:00 PM by the parade and performance of the Tamburai Group of Militello in Val di Catania.
The program continued at 7:30 PM with performances by local dance schools and at 8:00 PM with group dancing led by DJ Ignazio Palella. The grand finale took place at 9:00 PM with a show by Gennaro Calabrese, an actor, showman, and impressionist known for his television and radio appearances. The event confirmed its success, with high public participation and the support of the municipal administration.
