Accademie in Valle in Limone Piemonte

In the summer of 2025, the Accademie in Valle festival offered three free musical events in Limone Piemonte, all starting at 9:15 PM. It began on Sunday, July 27, in the San Pietro parish church with the "Zephyr" chamber music concert, entrusted to young musicians selected through international auditions by the Zephyr International Chamber Music Festival, active for over twenty-five years. On Saturday, August 2, at the Teatro Alla Confraternita, the famous musical fairy tale "Peter and the Wolf" by Sergei Prokofiev was performed by the Quintetto Prestige of the Teatro Regio di Torino with the voice of narrator Lucia Margherita Marino: a show for families where each character is represented by an instrument. The festival in Limone closed on Saturday, August 9, again at the Teatro Alla Confraternita, with "L'opera in salotto" by the Trio Opera Viwa — soprano Silvia Martinelli, flautist Fabio Taruschio, and pianist Andrea Trovato — in a program featuring chamber music, opera, early music, and American songs. For all events, booking at the Limone Tourist Office was recommended due to limited seating.
