Edition 2025 — Craftsmanship and Flavors

The 2025 edition of Abruzzo Artistic Craftsmanship and Flavors took place from December 5 to 7, 2025, at the Palazzo dell'Artigianato in Guardiagrele, with an official opening on Friday at 5:30 PM. Three days of tastings, workshops, and cultural meetings dedicated to Abruzzo's gastronomic tradition, from the prosciutto cotto of Guardiagrele to pecorino cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, and legumes. The event also featured children's workshops and a special meeting dedicated to pork in Abruzzo's gastronomy.

From December 5 to 7, 2025, the Palazzo dell'Artigianato in Guardiagrele hosted a new edition of Abruzzo Artistic Craftsmanship and Flavors, returning in person with its traditional three-day celebration of taste and local excellence. The inauguration was held on Friday at 5:30 PM, followed by the first meeting dedicated to pork in Abruzzo's gastronomic tradition, organized in collaboration with the Chieti Order of Veterinarians.

The program alternated between guided tastings of typical products, cultural meetings, and children's workshops, including cookie-making with the event's mascot and a workshop with primary schools on Saturday morning. The focus was on the flavors of Guardiagrele and the Abruzzo hinterland, from prosciutto cotto to pecorino cheeses, extra virgin olive oil, and legumes, in a free-entry event organized by the Ente Mostra dell'Artigianato Artistico Abruzzese in the municipality of Guardiagrele, Abruzzo.

Programme

Friday, December 5: inauguration at 5:30 PM, meeting on pork in Abruzzo's gastronomic tradition (in collaboration with the Chieti Order of Veterinarians). Saturday, December 6: cookie-making workshop with primary schools, guided tastings. Sunday, December 7: children's workshops with the mascot, tastings, and cultural meetings on typical Abruzzo products.
