A Teatro, Bambini! — Boys and Girls Season of the Vaccaj Theatre

The 2024/2025 edition of "A Teatro, Bambini!" at the Nicola Vaccaj Theatre in Tolentino hosted five Sunday afternoon shows and morning performances for schools in the city and province of Macerata. The season opened on January 19th with The Child and the Ant by the Umbrian company Fontemaggiore, a story about Ayo, a boy working in a mine in Congo, and a grumpy but kind-hearted ant.

On February 2nd, Veneto's Febo Teatro brought an original Peter Pan to the Vaccaj for the first time, while on March 16th, one of Compagnia della Rancia's signature shows returned: Cinderella, the first musical written by Saverio Marconi with direction by Ada Borgiani, back on stage after a five-year absence. The season concluded with a classic of children's literature by the AIDA Foundation of Verona.
