Edition 2025 — A Tavola con il Tarassaco
The 2025 edition of the A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co. review featured, during the spring months, menus dedicated to dandelion in the restaurants and osterias of Conco, a hamlet of Lusiana Conco.
As is tradition, the review combined its widespread gastronomic offerings with a calendar of side events — guided excursions, markets, seed exchanges, and cultural moments — designed to promote Conco's De.Co. dandelion and the biodiversity of the Asiago Plateau.
