In 2025, the A Tavola con il Tarassaco di Conco De.Co. review once again enlivened the spring on the Plateau, with restaurants and osterias in Conco committed to reinterpreting dandelion in complete menus. Amidst guided excursions, markets, and cultural events, the review confirmed its widespread format, dedicated to enhancing Conco's De.Co. dandelion and the territory's biodiversity.
