Edition 2025 — A Tavola con il Coniglio

In August 2025, "A Tavola con il Coniglio" returned to Bagnoregio for its eleventh edition, once again offering the ancient rabbit recipes of the Tuscia peasant cuisine. The Pro Loco food stands, live music, and dancing in the square enlivened the historic center of the Viterbo village, attracting residents and visitors alike.

The 2025 edition of "A Tavola con il Coniglio" took place in Bagnoregio, in the province of Viterbo, confirming the festival's proven formula: rabbit dishes prepared according to recipes passed down through generations, food stands managed by the Pro Loco Bagnoregio APS, and evenings of music and dancing in the heart of the village. The event, included in the municipal summer calendar, once again represented an opportunity to promote a local product and the regional culinary tradition, just a short distance from the famous Civita di Bagnoregio.
