Edition 2025 — Sapori della Valle Festival

In 2025, the A Tavola con i Sapori della Valle… e non solo Festival was held at Parco Due Ponti in Campotto di Argenta over three weekends: March 28-29-30, April 4-5-6, and April 11-12-13. For this edition too, eel, asparagus, and fish were the stars, with covered and heated stands and evening openings on Fridays and Saturdays, and lunch on Sundays.

The 2025 Edition

The 2025 edition took place over three weekends between late March and April, at the Parco Due Ponti in Campotto, a hamlet of Argenta (FE). The stands opened on Fridays and Saturdays from 7 PM and on Sundays for lunch.

On the table were the specialties of the Bassa ferrarese: eel, asparagus, and sea fish, with first courses like tortelloni, lasagne, and tonnarelli, and main courses including oven-roasted pork knuckle, grilled meats, mixed grills, fried dishes, and fish skewers. The gastronomic areas were covered and heated to welcome visitors in all weather conditions.
