In May 2025, Castelnuovo del Garda again hosted A tavola col Daniél, the widespread gastronomic itinerary dedicated to the wild herb symbolising spring in the Garda region, with the town's restaurants busy reinterpreting it in original and creative dishes throughout the month.

The A tavola col Daniél event accompanies the Castelnuovo del Garda area every spring. In May 2025, restaurants and eateries in the town offered, throughout the month, dishes based on Daniél (erba madre/artemisia), creating a widespread journey that links cuisine, nature, and the memory of the Garda territory.
