A Sea of Kites

The first edition of Un Mare di Aquiloni brought colour to Lido di Fano on May 1st, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The event, organized with the support of the Municipality of Fano and the involvement of the Le Contrade di Urbino association, saw extraordinary attendance: thousands of people, including families, children, tourists, and curious visitors, flocked to the beach and promenade throughout the day.

Acrobatic and giant kites, spectacular flights over the sea, and creative workshops characterized this debut day, described by the organizers as colourful, fun, and full of families. The success of this debut has established Un Mare di Aquiloni as a regular fixture in Fano's calendar, destined to grow from the following year.
