Edition 2025 — A River of Jazz
The fifth edition of A River of Jazz took place in Savignano sul Rubicone's Piazza Borghesi with three free evenings in August 2025. It kicked off on August 1st with the Maderna-Lettimi Trio, followed on August 8th by the Calla MC + NSE sextet, blending jazz, funk, and old-school rap, and concluded on August 22nd with the Marta Giulioni Quartet. The festival was curated by the Rimini Jazz Club with the Municipality.
The 2025 edition, the fifth of the festival, brought three evenings of free jazz to Piazza Borghesi in Savignano sul Rubicone, curated by the Rimini Jazz Club in collaboration with the Municipality.
- August 1 — Maderna-Lettimi Trio, in collaboration with the "Bruno Maderna e Giovanni Lettimi" Conservatory of Music.
- August 8 — Calla MC + NSE, a sextet featuring Calla MC (vocals), Simone Migani (keyboards), Rodolfo Valdifiori (bass), Paolo Rubboli (drums), Gigi Faggi (trumpet), and Antonangelo Giudice (sax), for an evening blending New York jazz club atmospheres, funk, and old-school rap.
- August 22 — Marta Giulioni Quartet, closing the festival.
In 2025, the concerts also started at 9:00 PM and hosted the ISAL Foundation for donations to chronic pain research.
