A-Riva Festival

The fourth edition of the A-Riva Festival enlivened the summer in Bari from July 1st to August 15th, 2025, bringing music, theatre, and free workshops to the city's peripheral districts. Promoted by the Bass Culture association as part of the "Le due Bari 2025" initiative and supported by the Ministry of Culture, this edition confirmed the festival's mission: to bring culture back to marginal areas and make them the protagonists.

The lineup alternated between big names from the Italian scene and community activities, ranging from singer-songwriters to Salento folk music, and from electronic to jazz, with events spread across the San Girolamo waterfront, the Auditorium Vallisa, the Officina degli Esordi, and Villa Longo de Bellis in Santo Spirito. All events were free of charge.

July

• July 1-29 — Officina degli Esordi: basic DJing workshop with DJ Tuppi, in collaboration with the Spine association (ten morning sessions, open to participants of all ages)
• July 24 — "Polifonia Live", a hybrid performance of live music and drawing
• July 29 — "Berny - Il coraggio di avere paura", theatrical show

August

• August 1, 9:00 PM — Auditorium Vallisa: Davide "Boosta" Dileo (Subsonica) with his "Soloist" show
• August 2, 9:00 PM — San Girolamo Waterfront: Canzoniere Grecanico Salentino, in concert for their 50th anniversary
• August 3, 9:00 PM — San Girolamo Waterfront: Dardust with "Urban Impressionism"
• August 15 — Villa Longo de Bellis, Santo Spirito: double concert by Carolina Bubbico and Erica Mou to close the festival
