Edition 2025 — Night in the Village
The 11th edition: Friday, August 8, 2025
The 11th edition of A Night in the Village was held on Friday, August 8, 2025, in the historic center of Alessano, in the province of Lecce. Starting at 7:00 PM, the squares, courtyards, and alleys of the village transformed into a single open-air stage, featuring music, art, theater, flavors, and traditions of Salento.
The focal point of the evening was Palazzo Sangiovanni Adriaenssen, in Piazza Castello. On the main stage, at 11:00 PM, the final performance of the artistic residency Radici in movimento took place, dedicated to pizzica and new Salento sounds; at midnight, the live concert by Après La Classe took the stage. As per tradition, admission was free.
Programme
Friday, August 8, 2025 — Palazzo Sangiovanni Adriaenssen, Piazza Castello
- From 7:00 PM — Opening of the event: music, art, theater, crafts, and gastronomic tours through the squares and courtyards of the historic center.
- 11:00 PM — Final performance of the artistic residency Radici in movimento (pizzica and new Salento sounds).
- 12:00 AM — Après La Classe in concert (live).
