A Mosaic for Tornareccio 2025
The 2025 edition of the A Mosaic for Tornareccio - The City of Bees festival was held in Tornareccio, in the Province of Chieti, from July 24 to November 2, 2025. As every year, the sketches of the invited artists were exhibited in the Remo Gaspari multipurpose hall and submitted to the vote of the public and a jury of experts, with voting open until August 26, 2025.
The most appreciated works are transformed into mosaics by the Gruppo Mosaicisti di Ravenna workshop and installed permanently on the village walls, which now feature over one hundred mosaics. The edition confirmed Tornareccio's vocation as an open-air museum of contemporary art in Abruzzo, blending the territory's beekeeping tradition with artistic research.
