Edition 2025 — Good Taste Fair

The seventh edition of the Good Taste Fair took place on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 9 AM to 7 PM, in the historic center of Salassa. About fifty exhibitors transformed the village into an open-air showcase of flavors and creativity, with food and wine products, plants, flowers, and artistic and artisanal creations from the region.

The 7th Good Taste Fair was held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, in the historic center of Salassa, under the patronage of the Municipality. The edition saw the extraordinary participation of Marina Summa, world champion of tiramisu, who delighted the public with her famous creations. The program included roving magic shows, unusual tastings, and special guests. About fifty exhibitors brought the village streets to life with food and wine products, plants, flowers, and crafts. The edition marked a great return of the event after the break imposed by the pandemic.
