Edition 2025 — 6 Days of Cotechino

In 2025, the 6 Giorni del Cotechino once again enlivened February in Alberone di Cento (FE), confirming itself as one of the most anticipated gastronomic events in the Ferrara plain. At the covered and heated stand of the Alberonese Sports Centre, visitors could enjoy the local cotechino, salamina da sugo, and the great dishes of Emilian tradition.

The 2025 edition repeated the proven formula of the event: six days of celebration spread over the February weekends, with evening opening of the gastronomic stand and Sunday lunch.

As tradition dictates, the stars of the table were the Alberone cotechino and salamina da sugo, accompanied by homemade first courses and typical desserts. An occasion for conviviality that attracts numerous visitors each year to the hamlet of Alberone, in the municipality of Cento, Emilia-Romagna.
