Edition 2025 — 1° Mangio

On May 1st, 2025, the 29th edition of the "1° Mangio" took place, the Valle dei Laghi gourmet walk organized by the Consorzio Pro Loco Valle dei Laghi. The 10-11 km gourmet walk crossed the villages of the Cavedine municipality, starting from the Stravino area, with stops for traditional Trentino food, local wines, and acoustic concerts.

1° Mangio 2025 — the 29th edition

The 29th edition of the "1° Mangio" was held on May 1st, 2025, in the Valle dei Laghi, in the municipality of Cavedine. The 10-11 km gourmet walk combined, as per tradition, hiking and tasting, starting from the Stravino area with stops in the valley's villages.

Along the route, participants found a succession of Trentino cuisine courses — cold cut and cheese appetizers, first courses, meats, and desserts — accompanied by Valle dei Laghi wines. Each stop was enlivened by acoustic concerts, confirming the convivial and festive character of the May Day appointment.
