Zuppà

The ninth edition of Zuppà took place from September 4 to 7, 2025, in Chiaramonte Gulfi, confirming the arts festival as one of the most vibrant late-summer events in the Iblei region.

The festival opened on Thursday, September 4, at Villaggio Gulfi, in the AVIS square of Contrada Giglia, with a sunset aperitif, live bands, rides and games for children, the Festa dello Scacciuni, and an award ceremony in collaboration with the local AVIS, dedicated to outstanding students, young athletes, donors, and young entrepreneurs, followed by DJ sets until late at night.

The most anticipated moment was the summer carnival on September 6, featuring a parade of three allegorical floats and a masked group through the streets of the center to Piazza Duomo, accompanied by music and celebrations. The four-day event concluded on Sunday, September 7, with a guided trek in the pine forest organized by In GiRo Trekking, completing a program that intertwined art, music, street art, gastronomy, and nature.

Thursday, September 4 — Villaggio Gulfi (AVIS square, Contrada Giglia)

• 19:00 — Sunset aperitif with the live band Catalyst; rides and target shooting for children
• 20:00 — Festa dello Scacciuni (pizzeria "A' Funtana")
• 21:00 — Award ceremony with the local AVIS (outstanding students, young athletes, donors, young entrepreneurs); musical interludes by the band Trisoul; closing with DJ sets by Johnny Lounge & Pico La Mirandola

• "Ti ci devo portare" — Street Art Tour of Chiaramonte by Lorenzo Maniscalco and Ilenia Curiale
• "Youth Thursday" event in collaboration with AVIS

Saturday, September 6 — Summer Carnival
