Zucchini Flower Festival

The tenth edition, from August 8 to 10, 2025

In 2025, the Zucchini Flower Festival celebrated its tenth anniversary in San Rufo, in the province of Salerno, with three evenings in Piazza Fontana Vaglio from August 8 to 10, promoted by the Pro Loco San Rufo.

The musical program opened on Friday, August 8 with the Talent Show presented by Senso Unico Dj Set Pompeo together with the Cultural Association "Le Voci del Cuore". Saturday, August 9 was the turn of the tribute band The Book of Pooh, with the greatest hits of the Pooh, followed at midnight by a 90's Party to dance under the stars. The grand finale on Sunday, August 10 saw the folk music company L'Antiqua Giostra and the performance of the JDS Crew — Joseph's Dancing School on the square, between pizzica and taranta. Every evening, DJ Agostino Lacava accompanied the party, with a cocktail bar active after 11 PM.

In 2025, the zucchini flower was once again the absolute star of the food stalls, interpreted in the traditional dishes of the Vallo di Diano and prepared by the Pro Loco volunteers, with free admission and a turnout that filled the square for all three evenings.
