Wunderkammer Orchestra – Festival della Musica delle Meraviglie

The 2025 edition of the Wunderkammer Orchestra reaffirmed the project's mission: to bring classical music to Pesaro's iconic locations with twenty events between March and December. Among the most significant moments were the tribute to Shostakovich on the 50th anniversary of his death (May 18, "Leningrad" for piano four hands with Roberta Pandolfi and Cesare Pezzi), the "Gran Ballo dell'Estate" (Grand Summer Ball) on June 14 at Villa Vismara Currò with soprano Aiym Askar, the series of conversations by Mario Totaro at the Teatro Rossini on Debussy, Satie, Ravel, and Stravinsky, and Messiaen's "Quatuor pour la fin du temps" performed by the Yūgen Quartet with Marco Messa (December 6, Chiesa della SS. Annunziata). The series also included bel canto masterclasses, historical dance, and book presentations, confirming the season's multidisciplinary nature.
