World Festival of Bruscandolo and Bruscanbike - Agostino Canella Memorial

The 2025 edition of the World Festival of Bruscandolo, the 21st, took place in Berra (Municipality of Riva del Po, province of Ferrara) on the weekend of May 10 and 11. The food stands offered traditional dishes based on bruscandolo, with its characteristic flavor reminiscent of asparagus, while the Bruscanbike - Agostino Canella Memorial brought cyclists along the roads of the lower Ferrara plain. The event, organized by the Berrese Culture & Entertainment Association with the La Colomba Social Centre, confirmed the strong link between the Terre dei Fiumi territory and its rural and river traditions.
