Wool and Silk Road Festival

The 2025 edition, the seventh of the event, was held on June 28 and 29 between Montepiano, in the municipality of Vernio, and Castiglione dei Pepoli. The program offered sound walks, treks such as "Legendary Forests", concerts, performances, and street food on both sides of the ridge. A special guest was the poet, writer, and director Franco Arminio, who closed the event at Mulino Saetti with a reflection on "A new humanism of the mountains".

The edition marked the launch of the public art project "Fare comunità" (Making Community), in collaboration between the Pecci and MAMbo art centers: in Montepiano, at the Crocetta Pass, Chiara Camoni's work "The House of the Regolo Snake" was inaugurated. The program of excursions, visits, and meetings along the Wool and Silk Road was also rich.
