Edition 2025 — Wines and Oils of Sicily
The 2025 edition of Wines and Oils of Sicily consolidated the AIS Sicily food and wine event in Chiaramonte Gulfi, confirming the formula that combines competitions dedicated to Iblean wines and extra virgin oils, in-depth masterclasses, and tasting counters. A day that brought together producers, sommeliers, and enthusiasts around the excellence of the Iblei Mountains, in the province of Ragusa.
The 2025 edition of Wines and Oils of Sicily strengthened the bond between AIS Sicily and the territory of Chiaramonte Gulfi, in the heart of the Iblei Mountains. The event proposed its proven formula: guided tastings, masterclasses, and moments of discussion dedicated to Cerasuolo di Vittoria wines and extra virgin oils from Sicilian cultivars. The event contributed to enhancing the food and wine culture of the province of Ragusa, laying the foundations for the growth recorded in subsequent editions.
