The third edition of the "City of Wine" festival took place in Squinzano from November 10 to 15, 2025. Six days featuring talks in historic palaces, conferences on the world of wine, food and wine trails, an artisan market, and stands from Squinzano DOC wineries. The grand finale on November 15 in Piazza Plebiscito featured a traditional Salento music concert by Enzo Petrachi and Antonio Castrignanò.

From November 10 to 15, 2025, Squinzano celebrated the third edition of the "City of Wine" festival, promoted by the Municipality. For one week, the town's palaces, villas, and historic mansions hosted talks, conferences, and roundtables dedicated to Salento wine and its evolution.

On Wednesday, November 12, at Palazzo Giordano, the meeting "Stories of Harvests and the Chalice of Desires," moderated by Pino De Luca and Titti Dell'Erba, concluded with a tasting of Squinzano DOC wines. The program also included educational trails by the "Virgilio Redi" Institute and symphonic marches of the Apulian brass band tradition performed by the Tito Schipa Conservatory of Lecce.

The closing evening, Saturday, November 15, in Piazza Plebiscito, featured Enzo Petrachi and Antonio Castrignanò with traditional Salento music, including pizzica, tambourines, and collective dances, accompanied by the artisan market and stands from local wineries.
