Edition 2025 — Wild Boar Festival

The ninth edition of the Picinisco Wild Boar Festival took place on Saturday, July 12, and Sunday, July 13, 2025, at Largo Montano, organized by the Picinisco-Montecorno Hunters' Association with the patronage of the Municipality. Two evenings dedicated to wild boar meat and the cuisine of the Comino Valley, with food stalls open in the early evening, live music, and free admission, in one of the most popular festivals in the upper province of Frosinone.

Ninth edition: July 12 and 13, 2025

On the weekend of July 12 and 13, 2025, Picinisco hosted the ninth edition of the Wild Boar Festival, confirming the event as one of the highlights of the summer in the Comino Valley, in the province of Frosinone.

The venue for the event was, as always, Largo Montano, where the Picinisco-Montecorno Hunters' Association, with the patronage of the Municipality of Picinisco, set up food stalls that opened in the early evening. The star was wild boar meat in its traditional preparations, from pappardelle with ragù to stews and grilled meats, accompanied by typical local products.

The two evenings were enlivened by live music and entertainment, with a large turnout of families, residents, and visitors from neighboring towns. Admission to the festival area was free.
