Spring 2025 brought back to Marcellina, in the Metropolitan City of Rome, the proven formula of the festival: seasonal cuisine based on wild asparagus, typical products of the Tiburtino area, Lazio wines, and the Regional Organetto Review featuring folk musicians from Central Italy.
Alongside the food stalls, there was space for the artisan market and children's attractions, in the atmosphere of a village feast that has accompanied the arrival of the warmer season at the foot of the Lucretili Mountains for over a decade.
