Edition 2025 — Wheat Festival
The 2025 Wheat Festival was held in Troia over the weekend of July 5 and 6, recording great public success with thousands of visitors and numerous international tourists. The heart of the event was the Guinness-record Acquasale, set up for 104 meters along Viale Regina Margherita and also offered in a gluten-free version. In the squares of the historic center, workshops and games for children alternated with the awards ceremony for the "Wheat in the Window" photo contest in Piazza Episcopio. On the musical front, the festival hosted the "Terranostra Folk" project by the La Notte della Taranta Foundation and wandering music by Mario Ciarmoli, in an intense tribute to Puglian folk tradition.

Saturday, July 5 - Sunday, July 6, 2025
- 7:00 PM — Piazza Cavalieri: workshops and games for children dedicated to wheat
- 8:00 PM — Piazza Episcopio: awards ceremony for the "Wheat in the Window" photo contest
- 8:30 PM — Viale Regina Margherita: "Guinness-record Acquasale" (also gluten-free), 104-meter-long line of soaked bread, tomatoes, onions, and salt
- 9:00 PM — Piazza Episcopio: "Terranostra Folk", musical project by the La Notte della Taranta Foundation; followed by wandering music by Mario Ciarmoli
