Edition 2025 — Wheat Festival
The 19th edition of the Wheat Festival was held from July 25 to 27, 2025 at the Antica Masseria di Celsorizzo, in Presicce-Acquarica (Lecce), with evenings starting around 8:30 PM and free admission.
The program combined creative workshops for children and adults dedicated to local flours and fresh pasta, photographic exhibitions, screenings, guided tours of the farmhouse and the historic center, stands of local farm-to-table products, and a Salento craft market.
On the musical front, the festival featured: July 25 Lu Rusciu Nosciu and Angelo Famao; July 26 BigMama; July 27 Ionica Aranea and the Sud Sound System with the Bag a Riddim Band, for a closing dedicated to Salento reggae.
