Edition 2025 — Raddusa Wheat Festival

The 29th edition of the Wheat Festival — 'A Pisatura took place in Raddusa from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, 2025. Three days of historical re-enactments, parades of Sicilian carts and folk groups, conferences, and tastings of typical wheat dishes animated the town center, bringing the cereal tradition of the City of Wheat back to life.

2025 Edition — the 29th

The 29th edition of the Wheat Festival — 'A Pisatura was held in Raddusa from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, 2025. For three days, the village in the Province of Catania celebrated its bond with wheat through the customary historical re-enactment of the threshing on the threshing floor, featuring the horse carousel and traditional songs.

Among the events, on Saturday, September 13, the conference "Durum Wheat 2025: Price collapse and cuts to the new CAP resources. Consequences and perspectives" was held at the "Papa Giovanni Paolo II" Multifunctional Center on Via Regina Margherita, with the participation of institutional representatives and agricultural organizations. There was no shortage of parades of Sicilian carts, performances by folk groups, and tastings of cuccìa, pasta di San Giuseppe, and pane cunzatu, alongside the opening of the Wheat Museum.
