Edition 2025 — What's the Sky Like in Palestine?
The genesis of the Jesi stop of What's the Sky Like in Palestine? dates back to late 2025, when the project by artist Giovanni Gaggia was presented to the community of Jesi, in the province of Ancona. Through four collective embroidery sessions, women and men of different backgrounds embroidered the response received from Gaza in their original languages, building the three tapestries and the large cloth step by step. This workshop phase, hosted by the Center for Services for Integration and the Hop Shop coworking space, laid the foundation for the installation later set up at the Civic Museums of Palazzo Pianetti in the spring of 2026.
