Weekend da Favola

In 2025, Weekend da Favola enlivened Santa Maria Maggiore from Friday, July 18 to Sunday, July 20, with a special theme dedicated to the 50th anniversary of Pimpa, celebrated with scenery and a play and reading area at the Greenhouse of the Casa del Profumo. On Friday, Parco Villa Antonia hosted the magic show by Alessandro Malandra and the animated reading "Dottori, trichechi e rotelle" with Biagio Bagini. Saturday featured a guided tour for blueberry picking with guide Arianna Bertoni and a performance by artist Sara Tadina, followed in the afternoon by "Il circo dei bambini". On Sunday, the village bid farewell to the edition with "Favole al telefono", a tribute to Gianni Rodari as part of the Terra e Laghi Festival. In case of bad weather, the shows were moved to the Teatro Comunale.
