Water Festival 2025 in Isola delle Femmine
The 2025 edition of the Water Festival took place from May 1 to May 4 on the beach of Isola delle Femmine, in the province of Palermo, welcoming professional athletes and amateurs from all over the world. The festival, founded in 2018 by Vincenzo Michelucci, confirmed its growth by involving about a thousand active participants and over ten thousand spectators per day.
The program featured water sports such as SUP, surfing, wing foil, diving, wakeboard, e-foil, and jetsurf, beach sports like beach volleyball, beach tennis, and slackline, as well as yoga, flying yoga, surfskate, and numerous workouts. The days opened with sunrise yoga sessions and closed with sunset beach parties. On Sunday, May 4, the Wings For Life World Run also took place, the international charity run supporting spinal cord injury research.
