Wasserfaller Kirchtag

The Wasserfaller Kirchtag 2025 was held on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at the Wasserfalleralm (1,903 m), in the Racines-Giovo hiking area of the municipality of Racines/Ratschings.

True to the tradition of South Tyrolean Kirchtag events, the festival animated the alpine pasture for an entire day with live music, the alpine panorama over the Racines Valley, and regional delicacies prepared at high altitude, from Schöpsernes (roast lamb) to Blattler with sauerkraut. Numerous hikers and families reached the festival via the Racines-Giovo cable car and a short walk, confirming the event as one of the most beloved moments of late summer in the mountains.
