Walking the Monferrato... in Odalengo Grande

In 2025, the Odalengo Grande walk of Walking the Monferrato was held on Sunday 16 March, inaugurating the new season of the series from the very municipality that, in 1993, saw the birth of this successful initiative for the promotion of the Monferrato territory.

The walk, which started from Piazza San Defendente at 10:30 AM, attracted over 140 participants along an 8.5-kilometre loop. The new route was included by the Municipality in the "Welcome to Odalengo Grande" project, funded by the Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Alessandria as part of the "Terre Belle" program. The series is promoted by the Monferrato municipalities together with the Sacro Monte di Crea Reserve and the CAI of Casale.
